Refund policy

OUR POLICY LASTS 15 DAYS.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must not have been washed or worn and the protective film must always be in place. In addition, it must be in its original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

To make a return, you must show us proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at infos@luxurybombshell.com.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced or sale items can be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items (final sale) are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Upon presentation of the order confirmation, we will exchange any defective merchandise. If the defective merchandise cannot be exchanged, your purchase will be refunded to you. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse and accidental breakage. Once the item has been returned, we will examine it carefully and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect qualifies you for a refund or a replacement.

GIFTS

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return with proof of purchase. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

SHIPPING

To return a product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
